Tini Lin is a rising star of Russian rap. Started by creating beats and mixing tracks. He gained popularity in the fall of 2020, when he reached the top with a new track in many music charts. He never knew about the success, because he tragically died a few months before.

Biography of the Novosibirsk rapper

The real name of the popular rapper Tini Lin is Alexander. He was born on July 1, 1997 in the city of Novosibirsk. Lived here all his life.

He earned what he really liked – music. At first, he diligently mixed tracks and created beats. Every day Sasha managed to release a new beat. Then he was known under the pseudonym TINIK. For the first time, he began to upload his work to the network in 2017 in his group on Vkontakte.

During his short career, the musician released three albums:

• I don’t want to go home
• Tic-tac-toe
• sweetmeats

He was a member of the creative association ACID SIBERIA. In his group on social networks in 2018, the first work of the guy “I don’t want to go home” was published. Connoisseurs of Tini Lin’s work say that the debut release was a rather mediocre attempt at writing.

A year later, the rapper released a more serious work – the album “Tic-Tac-Toe”. It included 23 tracks.

In April 2020, the Siberian showed the world his third EP “Sweetmeats”. Tini Lin created a playboy-carty-trap in the style of the RNB Club association.

After that, the guy began work on the song “Dance”.

How did the song “The Last Dance” come about?

The rapper began work on the track “Dance” shortly before his death. He made a recording in the studio, but did not have time to mix – what Sasha’s musical career began with.

The guy tragically died on the first day of summer, without having time to shoot a single clip. Fans have seen him only in the photo.

For the song, after the death of Tini Lin, his friends took over. One of them is Sasha’s colleague in ACID SIBERIA-Pussykiller. He posted an excerpt of the track on the social network, which immediately went viral: they started filming tiktok under it.

The popular performer Yegor Creed drew attention to the snipped. He offered his guest verse to the producers of the song. Sasha’s friends abandoned such an attractive option in favor of a female voice.

The track was released on November 12 under the name “The Last Dance”. The guest verse was performed by the girl Tini Lin – R’n’B performer Lera Lanina, performing under the pseudonym Babylaurenne.

The song became so popular that within a few weeks after its official presentation, several tens of thousands of people joined the group of the deceased rapper. As of January of this year, the public exceeded the mark of 70 thousand subscribers. And the track was kept in the list of the 20 most listened songs for several months.

Now all the proceeds from the scrolling of the song go to the parents of the deceased artist.

Painfully ridiculous cause of death of a rapper

The exact time and date of Tini Lin’s death is June 1, 2020, half an hour before midnight. Investigators told the press that Alexander fell out of a shared balcony window from the 14th floor of an apartment building. The rapper died on the spot from life-threatening injuries. According to the forensic medical examination, traces of alcohol were found in the boy’s blood.

The law enforcement authorities have not yet published the official version of the tragedy. However, according to the friends of the deceased performer, he had no reason to commit suicide.

Alexander dreamed of becoming a rapper and worked hard towards this goal.
