The future star was born on September 21, 1996 in a small Norwegian town in the province of Oppland. Who is Erika Lundmoen by nationality? Her father is Norwegian and her mother is Russian. The singer has repeatedly written on social networks (Vkontakte, ask.fm) that she considers herself Norwegian. By the way, it was the singer’s non-standard surname that caused frequent disputes about what her real name is. The caption to one of the clips mentions the Lundmoen valley. However, based on the available data, the name of the valley did not become the source of the idea for the pseudonym, Lundmoen is the surname of the performer’s father.

At the very beginning of the 2000s, Hans Lundmoen opened his own business in Russia, and the whole family moved to St. Petersburg. Erica entered the school of the northern capital and completed several courses at the nautical club for teenagers in the Anichkov Palace, which taught her to strict discipline.

Erica also studied ballet, but her true passion has always been music and singing. Like many aspiring musicians, the girl discovered herself by singing songs of famous rock and pop artists and posting them on social networks under the pseudonym Erika Wild. According to the singer, she tried to write her own songs at school, but for a long time did not dare to show them to anyone. Leaving the ballet, Erica focused on music lessons. In 2015, the aspiring artist took part in the pop-jazz competition “Music Parking”. The girl was one of several hundred participants from all over the world and was among the thirty finalists, which confirmed her confidence in the correct choice of life path.

Special guests came to support the young singer, who performed for the first time at one of the famous Soul Kitchen cultural parties: Vanya Nanik and Ilya Kireev, as well as Mary Gu. In addition to the songs already known and loved by many, the singer presented her new composition “Poison”, which was destined to break the popularity record and become the most popular single, especially among the female audience.

The video for the track “Poison” was filmed in the singer’s homeland, in the commune of Etnedal, where she was born. The sponsor of the video clip was her beloved father, and the director was Roman Varnin, for whom this work became a debut. Critics noted the subtle work of Varnin, who managed to emphasize the harsh flavor of Erika’s native places and her unique style of performance.
