Kevin Beckman is an entrepreneur, investor, and crypto enthusiast. Known as a specialist in the field of blockchain technologies and cryptocurrencies.
Biography
Kevin was born in the capital of the Russian Federation on September 23, 1986. He grew up in a Russian-American family. His parents were doctors and participated in the program of the international organization Doctors Without Borders. For this reason, he left for Africa as a child. In the future, he often changed schools. At a fairly young age, Kevin saw that the world could be unfair. He became interested in the social sciences. The guy had a goal – to find out what makes people fight, and how they can be rallied.
In 2002, Kevin returned to his native Moscow and entered the Academy of National Economy (now RANHIGS). The transitional period in the country, full of reforms and new trends, made it possible to realize oneself. Beckman received his education and began to seek the application of his knowledge in international companies.
Career
The first serious step in my career was the position of Junior Communication consultant in the representative office of an international IT company in Moscow. In 2010, Kevin entered the MBA business communications program at the University of Central Florida (USA). Around the same period, he first learned about cryptocurrency (the revolutionary new bitcoin could not pass by the ambitious Beckman). A hitherto unknown digital asset interested Kevin. He got acquainted with the first exchanges, which were far from today’s trading floors. Mistakes only spurred him to study this topic. Ahead of the times, Beckman gained experience trading and investing in cryptocurrencies.
In 2014, together with his wife, he returns to Europe. The craving for new knowledge led him to the PhD in International Business program at the University of Milan. Lectures by leading European professors help Kevin gain in-depth knowledge of finance, international trade and macroeconomics. In the same place, Kevin meets old acquaintances from the USA who promoted projects related to the study of the possibilities of blockchain technologies and cryptocurrencies in business and finance. After completing his PhD (2017), Kevin travels to Tallinn where he joins a crypto startup as an international business and communications specialist.
Just a couple of years later, Kevin received a tempting offer from young crypto enthusiasts. He immediately realized that this was a promising blockchain idea. He became a public representative of the interests of the company, which in the future will thunder under the name F2F. The new growth phase of Bitcoin that began in 2019 convinced the team of the need to create an infrastructural and institutionalized project in the field of venture capital investments in the crypto industry.
The start of F2F work scheduled for 2020 was postponed due to the pandemic. However, the additional time allowed us to conduct additional tests once again and make sure that the system was working.
